How does receipt scanning work?
Take a photo of your grocery receipt, and our AI extracts store name, items, and prices. We track these over time to calculate your personal inflation rate.
What is my Personal Inflation Rate?
It's a weighted average of price changes on the items you actually buy, compared to what you paid last year. Unlike the national CPI, it reflects your real grocery costs.
What is shrinkflation?
Shrinkflation is when a product gets smaller (e.g., 500g → 450g) while the price stays the same or increases. We detect this automatically when you scan receipts.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Manage Billing to open the Stripe customer portal. You can cancel, upgrade, or update your payment method there.
How do I delete my account?
Visit the Delete Account page from Settings. This permanently removes all your data including receipts, price history, and grocery lists.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, row-level security, and Cloudflare protection. Receipt images are deleted after processing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
